A. Motivational Activity NOON VS. NGAYON
Present picture of..
 instead of walking to nearby places, people can take a tricycle.
 Take elevator, escalator, or walkalator instead of climbing up the stairs
 Instead of old fashioned walis and bunot, housekeeper now use vacuum cleaners and floor polisher
 Modern conveniences like juicer,vegetable slices, garlic crusher and modern kitchen gadgets.
Ask:
1. Give instances wherein modern living rob them of the opportunities to do physical exertion.
2. What does technology bring us in our daily life?
3. What is the good and bad effects of using technology in terms of our health?

B. Reviewing Past What are the three types of exercise?

2. Knowing that there are community problems involving street children, what city ordinance can promote to engage these children in healthy
physical activities? Cite your rationalizations for the ordinance that you will pass.
