  dancing, brisk walking, sweeping the floor and warm-up exercises. And
vigorous refers to strenuous exercises that require a lot of physical exertion,
example running, jumping rope and carrying heavy loads or strength training
(gym workout).

practicing new skill #2 will let the students watch a video about different warm-up exercises.
