8. What do you think is the importance of assessing your health- related fitness before engaging any moderate to vigorous
physical activities?
V. REMARKS Physical Education and Health is taken only once a week with only one (1) hour per meeting.
For learners who opted for the modular/distance learning modality, all learning materials (presentations, video lessons, modules)
and activities are uploaded in our Facebook Classroom. Their activities will be submitted online.
