9.7 It's a Digital Life: Social Media Strategy

I want to make a plan focused on sales and strengthen our relationship with our followers, I will use three
social networks which will be: Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. From my work, I know that there is no
better propaganda than "word of mouth" satisfied customers will bring recommendations to other
customers. What we want to achieve is that our followers know our product and understand the process to
achieve it, I mean things like: what kind of materials we use, who are our employees, and what are our
final results among other things. My idea is to have a post every time we finish a job, although we plan to
eventually finish more than one job weekly, at least we will have a weekly post. Besides the stories and
videos that we will upload showing construction processes, how materials are chosen, what are their
advantages, among other information, basically day-to-day things, although we will not publish daily, we
plan to be every two or three days.
In the Facebook application, we will have a constant publication in the marketplace, constantly renewing
the images in terms of the products we offer, we will answer messages quickly and provide the necessary
information to customers who contact us resolving their doubts. Instagram is where we will make our
weekly posts, we will also publish "stories" with polls about designs, materials, colors, etc. We will also
make a giveaway, with time in conjunction with other brands, to promote each other, to get the prize will
have to perform different steps, such as publishing us in their stories and mention their friends. Finally,
we will have a profile in TikTok which is a social network that every day is rising more and more
popularity, there we will upload short videos about our processes, information of materials, and other
types of videos.
Next, I will put screenshots, which will serve as an example to show the type of publications that we will
make.
