Reviewing help websites

asking,

Are they a good source?

Positive Nutrition

I think that Positive Nutrition offers a very

clean website that is easily accessible and simple
to understand. However I feel like they have
stopped updating their page and could be better
about it. They've ended their podcast and some
of their webinars back in 2020 which makes you
wonder if they're still offering some services.
Despite this, they are still open and accepting
appointments which you can quickly schedule
online on their site.
Positive Nutrition has also gotten really good
reviews from people on Google saying that they
are nice and have benefitted from them.

Overall I would recommend using Positive

Nutrition for a eating disorder help resource.

Modern Eve

Modern Eve has a very interactive website that I

feel was very well made. Right away you get
offered a free 10 minute consultation which
stands out to me from the rest of of the
resources. With other ones you often have to
pay for them which may not always be possible
due to funding or other reasons. They offer two
locations in Salt Lake City and Orem which is also
good.
The staff is very nice, and this source gets
reviewed very positively.

Modern Eve is a source that I would recommend

to other people. Reviewers also say that they are
all people who are very relatable and easy to talk
to.

Kayla Jessop Nutrition

Kayla Jessop Nutrition has a very clean website

that has been updated very recently in 2022. I
found the website extremely easy to navigate
through as well.

She has a five star rating from reviewers and

her website says she offers a lot of different
kinds of help to people. Another positive from
her is that she has two locations you can go to in
Layton and Salt Lake City to receive help.

Overall I would highly recommend Kayla Jessop

Nutrition for a eating disorder help resource.

Evergreen Healing

Evergreen Healing has a website that is easy to

navigate through. However, I wish it was a bit
more organized as far as text and had some
more visuals or background color but overall it
was very well made. If you scroll down you'll be
able to see that they use yoga as a way of help
which I could see being fun for a lot of people
and it's interesting how it could correlate to
dietary help. A lot of the help they offer is
meditation based so if that is something you
feel you'd benefit from this would be the place.

I would recommend this as a source to

someone who wants to try meditation and
getting into a better mindset about eating.
Evergreen has a lot of positive reviews and feels
like a great source for help.

Center For Change

My last source that I've looked at, Center for

Change has a website that visually could be
better. I don't like how the background image on
the front page is a bit foggy and some of the
organization that is on the page. This source
does however offer multiple areas that they can
help in which I feel is important. They offer
different kinds of therapy too which is also
really good. They offer four different locations
around Utah.

Despite the many different places they specialize

in, the reviewers online don't always have
positive feedback. Altogether many similar
reviewers are saying to really think about your
decision before going to this source. Which is
where I also stand with Center for Change. Some
have even reported that they've even felt
worse after going here.
