Vessel is presently on Voyage No.43 from Ulsan to Singapore to Tuban, Loaded Gasoline(90R &
92R), 88695MT with draft 13.1mtrs. SK Energy is the sub Charterer for this voyage.

Vessel is on time charter with Shell C/P. Shell operator handling this voyage is Mr.Chun Kai Liow

General guidelines for message / reporting-


1. Sinokor: Noon msg - prepared by 2nd officer/Ch.Engr
2. Sinokor: EOSP ,COSP are included in the Noon report format
3. Sinokor weekly/monthly/quarterly report as per folder on desk top
4. ISF synchronization (every Sunday) – by 3/O
5. FML Monthly report by Ch Engineer
6. Paris messages
7. Messages as per Voyage orders

Shell reporting/BOSS reporting

Please note shell reporting is thru BOSS called “Mirror Report” which include daily noon,
ESOP, COSP, SOF Reports, prepared by 2nd officer and Ch.Eng . BOSE Initial Report together
with way point list to be sent on each voyage commencement.

For HRA transit reporting-


- Korea gov :24 hours prior entering HRA , a report generated thru reporting editor should be
sent to Korea gov. Pls refer to the sinokor e-mails/amos folder. A phone call shall follow
after sending the message. All details are as per traffic guidelines for HRA transit in
Security folder on master cabin computer desk top.
- Sinokor: From red sea and from Arabian sea when passing thru GOA. HRA(JWRA) time
line reporting when passing the line as per ECDIS marked (this is a Gulf special area line
entry)
- UKMTO: Registration, initial and daily position report

- Shell security team- as per voyage orders when passing thru GOA/red sea.

Persian Gulf transit reporting (Strait of hormuz)

- Due to recent security incidents happening, Vessel is to follow guidelines from FML for
sailing to Persian Gulf and strait of hormuz. Pls refer to the e-mails/Amos in security folder.
- ETA at TSS to be sent prior entering strait of hormuz.
- Pls refer to security folder Amos for messaging and reporting.
Trading and other certificates-
All trading certificates are valid for full term. First Special survey done on 30 April 2022. All
other certificates are also valid. Vessel classed with ABS and KR. Dry dock completed on 30th
April 2022 . All certificates are valid. There are total 3 files for the certificates.

A separate file is maintained for IHM compliance which include compliance certificates issued
by Flag and all relevant records.

02nd July 2021: – last PSC was carried out at Australia
28th Feb 2022: last SIRE-Shell was carried out at Singapore

Bridge equipment
All equipment are working in good order. There are two ECDIS(JRC-9201) on board
mentioned in SEQ certificates. ECDIS have feed from Navtex. e-Np and ADP are installed on
computers. Sea passage is for getting correction for ENC’s . Voyage ENC’s are ordered thru
KODCO program.

S-band radar is SSR(solid state radar),therefore this radar is without magnetron, Motor of this
radar was renewed on 29 April 2022. X-band radar magnetron was renewed on 10 Jan 2022.

Cargo System-

Conventional oil tanker with cargo tanks 1w to 6w and slop tanks


3 Grades have double valve segregation as below
1st: 1 P/S , 4 P/S, Slop S
2nd: 2 P/S , 5 P/S , Slop P
3rd: 3 P/S , 6 P/S

Vessel have ROT tank with capacity 292 cbm (100%).

3 Cargo Oil Pump , each capacity 3,000 m3/h.Automatic Unloading system: AUS4532-3 × 1 set (SHINKO)
Cargo Oil Stripping Pump: Steam driven vertical double stroke 200 m3/h
Water Ballast Pump: Vertical Centrifugal Single stage 1,800 m3/h × 25 mTH × 2 sets
Water Ballast Stripping Ejector: Water driven 250 m3/h × 1 set
Cargo Striping Ejector: 500 m3/h × 1 set

- Loading rate are as follows:


-Maximum loading rate of this ship is 1,800 m3/h per tank.
-Maximum loading rate of this ship is 3,600 m3/h per line.
-Maximum homogenous loading rate 10800 m3/h.

Main Cargo lines in tank 550 mm Dia and on deck 500 mm Dia, Ballast water pumping lines 450
mm Dia. Manifolds designed size 16”

Suction bell mouths are located at port side of tanks.


Stripper pump is in good working and strokes can be controlled from CCR.
Inert Gas System: Vessel have Kangrim Inert gas generator with capacity of 11250 cbm/hrs. it is
working well.

Ballast handling:

Vessel have ozone injection type NK Ballast water treatment system.Please pay attention that in
case of system fault, you cannot run ballast pump if system is on normal mode. Thus when it is
required to do, system must be override mode on for running ballast pumps. When system is
ready for ballasting, will give warning as “Please Run Ballast Pump”

There are six wings ballast tanks,FPK and APK.

Cargo Monitoring System:

Cargo monitoring system (Hanla MMCU-500) is working well. Tank radars principle is microwave
type. All tanks are showing very accurate ullage reading.Alarms are adjusted well according to
ISGOTT-USCG requirements (1540-200 mmWg). System password is “0000”. Please pay attention
to ROT, which is pressure type radar and showing wrong level when tank atm pressure differs.
COP trips at 150mmwg

Loadicator is working well. It is capable of calculating damage stability as per new IMO
requirement. Its printouts are endorsed by the Class during the annual survey.

UTI: Vessel have 4 UTI on board.(One UTI to offland for repair at Singapore)

Hydraulic system for Remote controlled valves: working satisfactory and located in E/R

Note:
Slop wings tanks at the time of first load at Ulsan after dry dock not showing ullages, Technician
Hanla attended and advised can be repaired only after complete discharge and tanks washed

Fixed Gas Detection system:

It is working well so far and measuring gases for ballast tanks, pump room and accommodation.
O2 sensor has been replaced in April’19. Please follow calibration instruction as per maker. Prior
to calibration system must be switch on calibration mode on main panel “utilization – calibration”.
After switch on calibration mode, each sensor must be calibrated one by one by using magnet.
“hold magnet 5 sec on “√” symbol. Main panel Password is “1234”.

Portable gas meters: 4 Personal, and 4 portables. One new portable GX 8000 received in August
2021 in Singapore. Pls refer to the inventory with ch.officer and also the certificates filed.

QHSE SYSTEM:

Please note QHSE manuals are revised with effect from 01 st Jan 2021. At present company has
only one manual other than cargo operational manual. Due to large size this manual has been
divided into two parts, all forms also in manual format with 2 files. Kindly refer to the circulars
folder file in which all circulars rec’d after above revised manuals, are kept. Soft copy of the
manuals along with revised forms and checklist and circulars are shared to all on board thru
network system.

Kindly refer to important message folder for various information like new mandatory reporting
introduced on china coast, drifting prohibited areas for EOPL Singapore etc.

Last internal audit was done remotely/completed on 25 Mar 2022 and report is filed.

Last VIR was done remotely/completed on 26 Dec 2022 and report is filed.

Last cargo audit was done remotely/completed on 25 September 2021 and report is filed.

ISF watch keeper is up to date and synchronized till Last Week

RMI Aduit visit was on 10 May 2022 at Ulsan(S.Korea) for Renewal audit and issued full term SMC
certificate.

There are 3 alcohol meters on board one in E/R, one with 2/o on bridge and one in master cabin.,

Deck Maitenanace

All PMS are updated in PARIS regularly and up to date.

All Mooring wire ropes end to end completed in June 2021. All wires were well greased last in Dec
2021 before SIRE inspection. Tail ropes last renewed on 05 Jan 2022. Pls refer to the MSMP file
kept with ch.officer.

Paint room is used as cargo sample locker too and MSDS folder is located and updated.

Cosmetic condition of vessel is good. Almost entire main deck spot rust, all tank domes, main
holes covers and various other deck fittings chipping and painted completed. All mooring winches,
windlass and fire wire drums completed. Adjacent area For’d of accdn B/heads , Pump room
blowers & booby # comings/covers , pipe lines and various fittings are completed.
Many flanges and U-clamps completed. Few U-clamps in mid ship areas and aft of mid ship
remaining to attend.

Security:

SSAS test is done on 10 May 2022. Test record is in certificate file.

Steering gear room is designated as citadel. There is iridium phone, stores and fixed public toilet.
Doors are easily ready for locking. Security Hand torches are located in Nav locker on bridge deck.
Security files records are updated by ch.officer.
