First of all I defy Ms. Sardinas to show me where I “looked high” or “screamed” or “looked

Second, as far as the “brainwashed” and “disbarred” comments those are clearly actionable
under and standard of Law, fact. But I have not done so, in order to allow people to come to
their senses. Apparently Nate Miles’ lawyers have come to their senses as Mr. Shelton nor I
have heard a peep from them in a couple of weeks after we challenged them to provide
Affidavits and Kevin produces several as noted in the pending response to WSLCB Attempts to

FIRST: LEGAL FIRST AMENDMENT PUBLIC SPEAKING STANDARDS

Separate a CORRECT public comment I made regarding Sami Saad’s First Amendment Rights
before the Board from my personal thoughts and beliefs. I am a very savvy First Amendment
lawyer and in case none of you can grasp the material difference then I recommend you go to
Law School or ask a local or national attorney because within the Law, Mr. Saad did not use
speech that could be subject to retribution. It might have been close, but as with the Prurient
Interest Standard on pornography he was not quite there yet, EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT
SUPPORT HIS STATEMENTS.

WHEREFORE:

I am allowed to point to people throughout my entire life to support my position. After all, my
detractors would certainly be permitted to search my entire life for someone who would say
that I am Anti-Semitic right?

Right. That’s how it works.

SECOND: MY PERSONAL PRACTICES AND BELIEFES

So then, unless or until any of my detractors have contacted the following people I will not
acknowledge any more accusations of Anti-Semitism with respect to me, or the people I allow
on my shows as the aforesaid video makes resoundingly clear I will not tolerate *ANY* religion
issues being raised vis a vis the cannabis World. It is a non sequitur. And if you don’t know what
that means go look it up.

Barry Goren’s Cousin, with whom I was in a 6-year personal relationship; mother of both of my
dogs in the past 10 years. She is a rather private person but if anyone truly wants try to take me

Put simply, I will not tolerate Paula Sardinas or anyone else putting me into a place where I do
not belong; it is tantamount to the old Compound Question to a Defendant “Have you stopped
