Shipping Policy

General shipping information

- All physical merchandise will be shipped from Singapore.

- Refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.
- We are using tracked airmail for all orders. Untracked shipping is not an option.
- You can check out the estimated shipping rates and time on Singpost
https://www.singpost.com/postage-rate
- The zines will be shipped 4-7 weeks after PO. We'll give an update in cases of
unforeseen delays. Digital zines will be emailed 3 weeks after the physical zines are
shipped out.
- Damages caused by natural disasters/ unforeseen accidents during shipping won't
be covered by us. For missing or defective goods please record package opening as
proof.
- We are not responsible for any customs/duties that may incur after we ship your
items.
- Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, delays are to be expected
and we claim no responsibility for longer shipping periods.
- UK buyers, we advise you to apply for an existing EU Grouporder.

Group Orders

- We suggest using an Excel sheet to keep track of your members and orders.
- Please provide the Twitter @s of your GO members.
- Once you have all your members’ orders submitted, please organize it so that the
number of products is easy to read.
- Example: Olympus Bundle—10 units; Emperor Bundle—10 units
- Submit your order to ouroboros.zine@gmail.com
- If any of your members are ordering the NSFW digital zine, please provide their
Twitter @ so we may verify their ages.
- Refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.
- The transaction will be made through PayPal invoice. You will have three days to
complete the transaction.
- We will contact you once we receive the payment. Tracking will also be provided at
this time. You can check the tracking on Singpost https://www.singpost.com/
- You may submit your GO anytime during the pre order period. The last day to submit
your group order: 30. January

Important Notes:
- Once the package has shipped, the package is no longer our responsibility and is
now under the responsibility of the GO leader.
- Once the items arrive, we suggest doing an unboxing video. This will be shown if
items aren’t accounted for.
