new curriculum and reviewing it).
Used this research to construct a usability test, and applied this usability
test to multiple users.
Based off our findings we then re-designed the manual into two separate
manuals where information was easier to find and better designed.

I began as an entry-level sales associate selling solar panels to residents of the
Greater Phoenix area while promoting a tax refund and government program to
make Arizona greener. The role grew to managing and marketing. Skills gained
