Disciplinary Guidelines for ICCS Students

All the students of ICCS are informed and instructed to follow the disciplinary guidelines
mentioned below.

         Wearing college Identity card is a must inside the campus.

         Do not unnecessarily roam inside the campus premises esp. parking area, on the
staircases, corridors, near the entrance gate, laboratory and classrooms.
         Do not eat chewing gums, chocolates, etc. during the lab and lectures.
         Parking area is to park the vehicles only. Do not gather in a group and create chaos
in the parking area.
         Sit appropriately and stand properly when you are inside the campus premises.
         Do not involve in any vulgar and bad-mannered activities inside the campus.
         Be polite and decent to the security staff, House-keeping staff, teaching and non-
teaching staff. Do not involve in any arguments unnecessarily.
         Do not roam inside the campus during your lecture timings.
         Do not make noise when leaving the classroom and campus as other classes will be
running meanwhile.
        Mobile phones should be switched off during the lectures and practicals.
Keep your classroom neat and clean. Do not throw wrappers (chocolates, wafers,
etc.), disposable water bottles, etc. in the classrooms. Put them in the dustbins only.
Keep classrooms’ arrangements as it is. Do not move the benches and join them. 

         Dress Code:

All the students are expected to dress appropriately for the classroom environment.

The following attire are not allowed:

 Sagging pants
 Torn pants
 Low cut tops
 See through garments
 Too-short shorts
 Short skirts
 Halter tops and short midriff tops
 Head gear or hats are not allowed to be worn in the classroom
 Button-up your shirts

 Except Friday, students are required to come college campus in FORMALS(dress

code) only and it is mandatory.
If a student is found in violation of the above guidelines, then it will result in the student being
referred to the Discipline Committee.

Strict action will be taken against students who do not abide by the college rules and
regulations.
