GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL ACTIVITIES:

1. All outputs will be submitted through this shared google drive folder:

2. In the link provided above, create a folder with a file name format:
ACTIVITIES_Family Name, First Name (e.g. ACTIVITIES_Dela Cruz,
Juan).

3. The folder you have just created is where you will send all your
output in every activity.
 ACTIVITY 1

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Write (Hand Written) your answers legibly in a clean sheet of paper.

(You do not need to write the question in your paper.)
2. Provide the following information: Name, Subject/Code, and Time.
3. Take a picture of your work and name the image in this file name
format: Activity 1_Family Name, First Name. In the event that there is
more than one image for your output, just place “_1, _2 and so on”
after your first name (e.g. Activity 1_Dela Cruz, Juan_1).
4. Submit your work in the folder you have previously created in the
shared google drive provided in the general instructions. (Rotate the
image in readable angle.)
5. The criteria for your score will include the correctness of the answer,
the cleanliness, legibility and format of your output, and the timeliness
of your submission. Take note that there will be a deduction of points
in case there is failure to follow instructions.
6. Deadline: October 23, 2021.
