COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by the parties voluntarily, freely and without
coercion on either of the contracting parties. This Agreement is executed on
____________________ at the Municipality of Bansalan, Davao del Sur, by and
between:

SARTE, Filipino, of legal age , married and a resident of

_______________, Bansalan, Davao del Sur, Philippines, herein, referred to as the
First Party.

-AND-

ALBORES, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of,

_________________________, herein, referred to as the Second Party.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the both Parties was involved in a vehicular accident last

February 21, 2022;

WHEREAS, the both Parties agreed to settle the case amicably.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, both

parties agreed to abide by the following TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. That the First Party and Second Party will settle the case amicably
further, no civil nor criminal case be filed.

2. That the Second Party shall not file any complaint on the matter of the
accident against the First Party.

3. That First Party will shoulder all the hospitalization expenses of the
Second Party, provided that the Second Party, can present supporting
documents such as receipts and billings related to the aforesaid incident.

4. That the Second Party shall cooperate and give their preferable attention
when the time that the First Party will turn to appropriate government
and private agencies for assistance in relation on the matter of the
incident, such as DSWD and Malasakit.

5. That on the time that the Second Party be discharged from

hospitalization and during the Rehabilitation, all of the needs in relation
to the recovery of the patient on the matter of the incident both Parties
shall render mutual help and all the expense shall be mutually shared.

 That both parties understood the Terms and Conditions stated above and
voluntarily affixed their signature below as an act of good faith in consummating
this Compromise Agreement.
