Dear Parents,

Due to intense heat wave Sector - 40 / 47 shifted to online classes w.e.f. Tuesday, 17th May’22.

However, we have received feedback from some parents that they are facing problems due to the shift
to online mode.

In view of this, we are planning to conduct physical classes for students whose parents are facing
problems.
 Classes will be from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon
 Bus facility will be available for those students who have opted for the bus. However, in case
very few students opt for the bus, we will not be able to provide this facility.
 There will be no clubbing of routes to ensure timely dispersal of students.
 Classes will be online unless some children opt for offline classes. In such a situation hybrid
class will be held.
In case you would like your ward to attend the physical classes, kindly fill the attached Google form
and submit it latest by 5:00 pm today.
