1 General
This publication is the Component Maintenance Publications (CMP) of the AgustaWestland A109/
A119 Series helicopters.
The CMP collects the pdf files of the technical publications prepared by the Manufacturers
of the airborne equipment installed on the helicopters. Thus, AgustaWestland is not re-
sponsible for the contents of these publications.

2 Publication contents
2.1 General
The CMP contains:

— This introduction (INTRODUCTION module)

— The list of component publications (COMPONENT PUBLICATION LIST module)
— The list of Vendor part numbers (VENDOR PART NUMBER LIST module)
— The list of AgustaWestland part numbers (AW PART NUMBER LIST module)
— The list of components (COMPONENT LIST module)
— The pdf files of the component publications.

2.2 List of component publications

The list of component publications is a table.
The table has six columns that give the data that follows:

2.2.1 Publication code column

This column shows the publication code assigned by the Vendor.

2.2.2 Type column

This column shows the abbreviation used to identify the type of publication (component
maintenance manual, operating instructions, etc.). Refer to Para 7.

2.2.3 Component (Vendor) column

This column shows the description of the component. The name of the company responsible of
the publication is shown in parenthesis below the component description.

2.2.4 Vendor PN column

This column shows the part number (or part numbers) given to the component by its Vendor.

2.2.5 AW PN column
This column shows the part number (or part numbers) given to the component by
AgustaWestland.

2.2.6 Date column

This column shows the data of the publication. The date of the publication is that written on its title
page. The revision (change) numbers (or letters) are written after the date when necessary.

2.3 List of Vendor part numbers

The list of Vendor part numbers is a table.
The table has five columns that give the data that follows:

— Vendor PN column. Refer to Para 2.2.4

— Publication code column. Refer to Para 2.2.1
— Type column. Refer to Para 2.2.2
— Component (Vendor) column. Refer to Para 2.2.3
— Data column. Refer to Para 2.2.6.

2.4 List of AW part numbers

The list of AgustaWestland part numbers is a table.
The table has five columns that give the data that follows:

— AW PN column. Refer to Para 2.2.5

— Publication code column. Refer to Para 2.2.1

The list of components is a table.
The table has six columns that give the data that follows:

— AW PN column. Refer to Para 2.2.5

3 Page identification
Each page of a module includes these data:

— The technical publication code in the top right corner of the header.
— The module code in the top right corner of the footer.
— The page number in the bottom right corner of the footer.
— The page date (YYYY-DD-MM), in the bottom right corner of the footer, left of the page
number.

4 List of effective pages

The List Of Effective Pages (LOEP) shows the module codes of all the modules in the publication.
The LOEP gives the information that follows for each module:

— Document identifier column. This column shows the module code (Para 3)
— Page column. This column shows the total number of pages in the module. "End of module"
is written at center of the footer on the last page of the module (Para 3)
— Date column. This column shows the date of the issue of the module (Para 3).

5 Table of contents
The Table Of Contents (TOC) is a list of the titles of the modules included in the publication.

The TOC has four columns that give the information that follows:

— Technical name and information name columns. These two columns together give the title of
the module.
— Document identifier column. This column gives the module code.

6 Updating of publication
This publication is updated when necessary. An update is prepared as a “new issue”.
The first issue of the publication is identified "first issue". The first completed issue after the first
issue is the "2nd issue". The issues that follow are the "3rd issue", the "4th issue", etc.

The abbreviations that follow are used in the CMP:
