I study Tourism because it combines many skills and leads me to be able to get
different types of jobs in the field. This will make my work not routine or automatic
at all, I will feel passionate about what I do and I will feel alive every day!
I can learn about new cultures that will surely be vital for my professional and
personal growth. In addition, I will have friends and excellent relationships around
the world, this will be very important for my happiness, for my personal and work
life.

group of tourists. Please, write a “Welcome protocol” where you describe
the steps you and your team will follow to give a warm welcome to the
tourists. Write a paragraph of more than 200 words and, at least, 5 different

Good morning TIME TO TRAVEL company promoter of the tour welcomes you,
my name is NICOLAS OROZCO BUSTAMANTE and I will be the guide to
accompany you during the tour we are doing. We are a company whose mission
is to make known the wonders of Lengupa, this company was born in the year
two thousand five in the municipality of Envigado. The constant amount of
foreigners who visit Envigado and the variety of its landscapes made this
company arise because it also generates foreign exchange for the municipality.
Our objective is
• Provide tourists with quality services with efficiency, to help us
differentiate our services from similar ones.
• Organize trips to different tourist points.
• That the quality of our services exceeds those of the competition and the
expectations of our customers.
