Chaeyeong is very experienced in different disease states and medicines and is good
about teaching about new disease states and what to watch out for
She is very motivated to find and keep up with new guidelines and examples for keeping
on track with what is the best treatment for her patients

Please list 2 areas for improvement for the resident
Chaeyeong is good in the 1 on 1 discussion setting but is a little shy on speaking up in
bigger group settings, that being said through the rotation this was vastly improved on
and she made great strides on this
Another area that was weaker at the start but improved on was putting her thoughts
forward to experienced physicians and providers to give extra info, that was more likely
due to new faces and getting to know how they operated though.
