A320 Type Rating Program
Program Overview

GAA’s exclusive and all-inclusive A320 type rating program is specifically tailored and
developed for the Indian Market which is in-line with the requirements outlined by the Indian
DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations.
This program not only meets the minimum criteria required by the DGCA but also provides the
Pilot with additional number of training hours to ensure that the participant is fully ready and
hands-on upon completion of the training at GAA.

Indian Community in Bahrain
Bahrain, a small island country both in terms of geography (780
sq. kms) and population (1.7 million), has been a favourite
destination for Indian nationals working as expatriates which is
reflected by the fact that Indian community in Bahrain constitute
30% of the total population and is the largest expatriate
community in Bahrain.
The Indian community has created a substantial, visible imprint on the
social milieu of Bahrain. The presence of a large Indian community in
Bahrain constitutes an important link between the two countries.
Hosting of around 400,000 Indians on its soil speaks for the goodwill
that Indians enjoy in Bahrain. Today, Bahrain remains a melting pot, the
tolerant home to many religions and ethnicities. Christians, Hindus,
Sikhs, Jews and others worship openly alongside their Muslim brothers.
Manama, Bahrain’s capital, even boasts the only synagogue in the
region and a Jewish cemetery. Hindus worship in a 200-year-old
temple, which is around the corner from the Sikh temple. The Gulf
region’s largest Catholic Church is under construction as well. Religious
freedom is on display everywhere in Bahrain.
