B. Convert the following sentences as directed.

D. Change the following sentences as instructed.


i. Shall I ever forget those happy days? (Change into Assertive sentence)
I shall never forget those happy days.
ii. He attended the ceremony. (Change into Negative sentence)
He did not fail to attend the ceremony.
iii. He is leading a miserable life. (Change into Exclamatory sentence)

E. Rewrite the following sentences according to the instructions given.


i. No sooner did he saw me than he took to his heals. (Begin: As soon as…)
As soon as he saw me, he took to his heals.
ii. The prisoner confessed his guilt. (Replace noun with an adjective)
The prisoner confessed that he was guilty.
iii. He is so weak that he cannot move about. (Replace so…that with too…to)
