"Fearless Maths" 12th students (boys)
Basic guidance and advice

Cuddalore-607001.
The PG & Research Department of Mathematics organized the welfare program
“Fearless Maths” to create the theme among the students that “How to overcome the fear of
Maths”. This program was initialized at St. Joseph’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School,
Cuddalore on March 24th 2022. The program was scheduled between 11.00a.m to 12.30p.m.
Each Class was accompanied by Four college student from I M.Sc., Mathematics.

Main objective of this visit was to spread awareness on mathematics, to understand

the concepts of learning, personality and manners among schools and public society
including primary school students of rural areas. The school students were taught to solve
mathematical calculations in short methods, Trigonometry, Matrix, Algebra and Guidance for
Board Exam

Preparation was interacted with students.

We visited the Principal of St. Joseph’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School,

Cuddalore for the opportunities given to conduct FEARLESS MATHS program in the
school.

The feedback from the students was collected. This visit helped the students of
12th to expand their knowledge and perceptive regarding mathematics at larger interest of
rural and urban areas.
