 ABOUT
ICSL
The Indian College Sports League
(ICSL) is a four days event. It was debuted
in the year 2017 with the sole motto of bringing
the best teams across the country on a common
platform to showcase their skills and talent in
order to expand the sporting fraternity and boost
the sporting environment among the students.
When it comes to sports we the ‘GALGOTIANS‘ are
here with our annual national level inter college
sports festival, the very own Indian College Sports
League that has seen participation of student
athletes from all over the country.
INVITATION LETTER
Dear Sir / Ma'am
GALGOTIAS UNIVERSITY, Greater Noida is organizing the 4th edition of its
annual Indian college sports fest. “Indian College Sports League (ICSL) 2k22” .
This year, while playing host to various colleges and universities from across
the country, we aim to host multiple sporting events under several formats
over the period of four days. We take great pride in organizing the fest with
state-of-the-art sporting facilities. The university campus will be the venue for
all the events and the participants will have the opportunity to experience a
wholesome fest with the proper atmosphere due to the presence of scores of
vibrant students from all over the country.
We would like our fest to provide the occasion to students from across the country,
to forge friendships, engage with each other and create memories. We take
immense pleasure in inviting your esteemed institution to participate in our sports
fest with your contingent. We hope to receive confirmation regarding your
participation at the earliest, so that we can begin scheduling the events and make
other necessary arrangements. We look forward to seeing you at “Indian College
Sports League (ICSL)” 2022.

 GENERAL INSTRUCTION

• Last date of registration is 28th April, 2022.

• Online registration payment of registration fees is mandatory for
every participant.
• Teams/ participants who fail to comply with the same shall not be
allowed to participate in the event (i.e.; No ‘on-spot registration’ will
be allowed).
• All teams Participants (Outside Delhi -NCR) shall report on the
campus on 1st May 2022 by 6 p.m. positively for verification.
• All teams Participants (Delhi -NCR) shall report on the campus on
2nd May 2022 by 8 a.m. positively for verification.
 GENERAL INSTRUCTION
• Every team / participants is required to carry their valid college /
University IDs (hardcopy) at every stage and its mandatory for all
participants needs to present their previous semester marksheet
during verification.
• All players need to present RT-PCR report along with
vaccination certificate of COVID doses during verification.
• Wearing of mask / face cover is mandatory for all players.
• Players to follow COVID-19 norms of 'social distancing' as well as
'personal hygiene' inside Galgotias University.
• Player will not be allowed to participate in any event if he / she
fails to present all the documents.
 GENERAL INSTRUCTION
• A security of Rs. 2000 (REFUNDABLE) has to be submitted by
each team in team event during verification.
• A security of Rs. 300 (REFUNDABLE) has to be submitted by
each player in single event during verification.
• Every team/ participants should reach their respective track/
field/ court, 30 mins prior to the allotted time Failure may lead to
walk over.
• Players who are seeking accommodation have to bring there own
bedsheet and blanket.
• Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner will be available during your stay.
 GENERAL INSTRUCTION

• Participant / team need to bring registration form duly signed by

Vice Chancellor / Director / Registrar of the institution.
• For registration in any sport please contact the head
coordinators.
• Any disputes whatsoever arises will be forwarded to the Dispute
Resolution Committee as constituted by the University authorities.
The decision will be final & bounding.
• Use of tobacco, alcohol etc are prohibited inside university
premises.
• Strict action will be taken against players who found doing such
practices.
