Badminton Equipment Damaged

Badminton

equipment such as
rackets
and
shuttlecocks
are
damaged
owing
to
students
negligence. Some students carelessly
use the rackets. Until now many
rackets and shuttlecocks are broken
and lost.
Ms.Thamonphan Nontapatamadul,
a student who plays badminton,
lamented, Its such a big problem
because we want to play and have
fun and find an activity to do with
friends, so badminton rackets and
shuttlecocks should not be like this.
They should be usable and available,
so the school has to solve this problem
as soon as possible.

Im not very happy about it. There are 27

damaged badminton rackets and 16 table
tennis bats are missing. Every day, I am going
to pick them up at 4 oclock.

That is why Im here today because

the parents and the kids pay for the
rackets not me, so Im going to take
care of your equipment. So people
who want to play after 4 oclock
everyday, Im going to encourage
them and bring their own rackets and
paddles for table tennis because I
think theyre going to to take more
care of the equip their own, said

MUIDS doesnt have enough parking
areas for parents and guests on school
events this year. At present, there are
about 12 parking blocks, so some parents
and visitors park in front of the
school.
Mr.Somkid Srihakorth, a parent,
said he thinks the school should expand
parking area to welcome parents if it is
possible because whenever he comes to
school on meeting, he sometimes doesnt
have an area to park his car. Hence, he
has to come too early.
Staff parking is ample but if
parents meeting is held on or MUIDS
entrance examination is taken place,
there are scant car parks. I think its
ok to enlarge the parking lots if the
school wants to do,explained Ms.Wanida

Makha Bucha is on the full moon day of the third
lunar month which is the day that 1,250 monks
gathered to hear Buddha preaching. On this day,
people offer food to the monks and give some
donations and join in the other Buddhist activities such
as listening to Buddha preaching, practicing of
meditation, and doing candle ceremony.
I think Makha Bucha Day is one of the most
important days for Buddhists because its the day that
people can unite and do activities together, so this is
not only practicing of meditation but also making

This is said by a girl named Ms. Kaewkawee Pluemcharoen (Lukkaew) who is now
16 years old and a Grade 10 student in MUIDS. Since she failed Satriwithaya Schools
entrance examination to get into Grade 10 that made her learn about many things.
She didnt study hard before she did the real exam and she also didnt do exams
earnestly because she thought that she could pass the exam effortlessly. Eventually,
she failed the exam and she was so sorrowful and disappointed. This regret prompts
her to try harder to do her work.
However, Lukkaew decided to study hard and take tutorials to get into Mahidol
University International Demonstration School and afterwards she pass the entrance
exam hopefully. She reveals her technique that while she prepared for the exam, she
still did her favorite hobbies such as listening to music and surfing the Net to relax
herself.
In the future, Lukkaew would like to be a businesswoman and wants to enter MUIC
to study about commerce and finance. She aims to be that career and intends to
continue studying hard because she always thinks that everything doesnt come
easily, so she has to attempt to do.
