club is to release the stress, gain balance
and control in ones life by practicing breath

negative feelings caused by the daily life.

The club can support no more than

Yoga mat. Those who are interested will

department. Yoga will help students to

quarter 4 will have a short period of time because they have to
use the court of the university which is 450 meters away from
school.
Some students observed they were not happy to go out
of school within the 1-hour class period. By doing this, the
teacher has to take all students and walk to the court with them.
Twenty to thirty minutes is lost from walking back and forth the
court. The problem is due to MUIDSs small badminton court.
I have been playing tennis at the court outside the
school for 3 weeks, and it has been very fun, but we only get 60
minutes per each class, which is not enough for us to walk out
there and get back to the school on time. It takes us about 10
minutes to get change, 10 minutes to walk there and 10 minutes
to walk back; thus, we only got like 30 minutes to play on the
court. I think we should just play other sport inside the school
instead of wasting our time walking to the court outside the
school, explained by Ms. Napassorn Techasooksant, a Grade
11 student.
Ms. Naiyana, the PE teacher, told that shes already
planned the class time. The students will use 5 minutes to
change and be ready to play the sport as soon as they get to
the court. They will be warming up and cooling down on the way
as they walk to and back from the court. About 30-35 minutes is
left for students to train every class. But it would be better if we
got 70 minutes just like before, Mrs. Naiyana added.

competition with the MUIC students on
February 15, 2016, at 16.30 pm in MUIDS gym.
The game took 40 minutes. The score was
28-28 which was a tie.
The match was headed by PKhun,
student coach, who made a contacted MUIC
for a basketball game. All the athlete in MUIDS
came from the basketball club which was
trained by Mr.Dean, the PE teacher. Four out
of eleven players are from Year 10, five from
Year 11, and two from Year 12. All of them
enjoyed the game and desired to have more

Makha Bucha Day, nine full months
after Buddha enlightenment, is one of the
most important days in the Buddhist
calendar. Many events were occurring on
this day. One of the major incidents was
the assembly of 1250 Sangha followers to
see the Buddha without any schedule.
Observances on the day begin in the
morning at temples all around Thailand.
Ms. Yonlada Nawiraijaroen, Year 10
student, shared an experience that she went
to Wat Benjamabopit, known as the marble
temple, in the morning to pray and make
an offering. In the evening about 6 pm, Ms.
Yonlada joined the procession around the
ordination hall which was led by the monk
from Wat Saket.
