padhan ,mr.kalachand padhan is a trained graduate teacher posted in a rural school of
odisha. however he also teaches physical education to the pupil very efficiently. The
earlier work of pet helped him to do this .in the absence of the head master he is
responsible for all the duty of him and in this way he conducts the meeting of parent
teachers committee with all the teacher and proved himself helpful for the work .he is the
head of the annual sports day of the school and he personally look all the matter and
come out as a trained person for management of crowed also. He put emphasis on the
ethos that homely environment should be provided for the rural village girls who comes
to the school for learning .his desires for creating a pleasant place for the pupils makes
him anchoring in music chair competition. he creates fun in work experience periods of
students so that the students find enjoyment while working which can benefit them when
they pass out and go outer environment for mental or physical work. He creates friendly
atmosphere in school therefore the student forget hesitation and interact openly with him
so that he can devise effective teaching method for them .in the school garden the
teachers and student spent their leisure because he earlier created a plant garden for this .
