1. Sales & Business Development

2. Customer Service

● Scrutinize all the AOFs sourced so as to ensure nil rejections
● Timely completion and submission of AOF to CPC for activation
● Informing customers whose accounts are pending for activation due to discrepancy

3. Sales Process, Risk & Compliance

● Adherence to prescribed KYC guidelines, in letter and spirit


● Ensuring proper documentation from customers and checking authenticity of documents as per
prescribed guidelines
● Reporting suspicious accounts or customer behaviour to ZO/ROM

4. Capability building & Manpower Management

● Conduct weekly training sessions of team on latest KYC guidelines, product features, benefits and new
launches/promos
● Discuss product changes, KYC guidelines, sharing best practices of BDO or completion in the
catchment or other branches to generate fresh ideas for BDOs
● Updated Sales Kit for BDO, so as to ensure proper information is shared with customers
● Ensure that subordinates are maintaining the required reports/documentation and also track/monitor the
same on a regular basis
● Ensure that subordinates adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
