Course Information

Course Code : Business Law 1 Course Title : Obligations and Contracts

Course Description: This course provides the students an understanding of the legal concepts and rules governing the law of obligations and contracts and
application of these concepts to practical problems. It involves discussion of the nature, sources, kinds and extinguishment of obligations as well as the
introduction of law governing contract as one of the sources of obligation, its elements, stages of contracts, different principles or characteristics including
the enumeration of defective contracts and their legal effects as well as other miscellaneous topics relevant to the course.
