ECEDU-LILEI If you had to face these situations, what would you do? I have faced some cases of students with many difficulties during my teaching process. I believe the most important attitude is focusing actions when the students are involved in any special case the personality or academic situations nowadays, I will have intervened in a short time after identifying the cause of trouble with anybody I will be asking of help, if necessary, from others areas like specialists of apprentice’s welfare office. It is an important division inside the institutions with qualified personnel to take assertive decisions and put on run strategies to help them to override the problems and avoid negative consequences in their lives, so, it is necessary the surveillance over the students with serious troubles in their lives and create with everybody at the school, ways to yield a kind environment around them. If I have a situation where my students get troubles, I won´t wait many times to the conditions worst and I will report the condition to qualified personnel inner the institution looking to attend it as soon as possible. If you could have the chance to re-choose a solution, what kind would you choose? If any moment the specialist could not be disposed to help my students, I think the effort will be driven to solve the student´s troubles accompanying them with dialog and will have treat in several times to aim the students with my experience in the life, do give them opinions and possible focal points around the problematic that attack them. I will be always considering the option to request help to solve the situation. If the specialist didn't take the case promptly, I would be looking the manner to help my students escalating the case to anybody who solve the trouble companying us. If you were one of those students, would you face the situation in the same way? When I was a student, the support was not significant or relevant, the bullying or psychological problems did not get any attention from teachers and directives school. The matters were solved among the students, although the question is if currently, I get situations like TDAH, I will have to look at the ways to express my condition and searching help with my mates as a first attempt If that not helping my condition. I will be talking with my teacher before to lost my courses in academic case or isolate myself in personality trouble from the rest of class. But, if I had studied in the current days, I would have been working with the qualified personnel to avoid many obstacles faced by me at the past, may be, I would get a better future on present days. Nevertheless, if I had got the possibilities to help my students, I would have proposed to create spaces to establishing the better conditions of relationship among them, from this way avoid possible assaults inside of classes. What if one of your students have to suffer a similar situation, what would you do? If I get some case form my students in the academic aspect, I will be attending the student with a special methodology as well as possible without neglect somebody in training sessions, I will have included the student in a collaborative group, I will be knowing as soon as possible of the situation control, permitting and associating the student to mates and taking care of the surveillance in this group and the relationship among them. If you were allowed to do something related to your learning process again, what kind of thing would you do differently? In some time, I had though the lectures were boring, I would have preferred to receive the classes had many participations and it were dynamics and show to me the process and product in a short time.
