PROFILE/SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
A Multi Discipline Sr. Planning Engineer working with ADNOC offshore – A Joint Venture of ADNOC, Exxon Mobil and
JODCO in UZ – 750 Project (A Multi Billion USD mega project comprising construction of 04 artificial Islands, Drilling of
producer and Injection wells, Construction of modularized process plants and Utilities).
Achieved over 20 year Experience with Client, PMC and EPC Contractors and deals in vast array of projects for
ADNOC offshore, Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Wood group, SNC Lavalin, Strabag
Zublin International Qatar and Lodige Systems GmbH Germany etc. with experience encompassing but not limited to
the following.
• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting of projects from assessment to
handover, with the help of various tools like Primavera Project Management (P6), Primavera Project Planner
(P3.1), M.S Project, Janus for Engineering PMS, Easy plant for Construction PMS, M.S office etc.
• Coordinate and help varies divisions of Company to develop the bidding document by bench marking of new
projects with the help of historical data.
• Budget, track and update 05 year business plans, Provide technical support to the change management
process, Certify monthly progress and Invoices for payment.
• Project claims resolution by Prospective and Retrospective forensic analyses of the program according to the
recommended protocols as AACE® International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03, Forensic Schedule
Impact Analyses and Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol.

• Establishing and defining job orientated project control procedures as progress measurement procedure,
Progress reporting procedure, invoicing procedure, schedule risk assessment procedure, CTN Procedure etc.
• Focal point for project support division regarding planning, scheduling and progress issues of UZ-750 program.
• Administer and Control P6 software along with the review and administration of all OBS, EPS, WBS codding
system for UZ-750 Program.
• Studying and understanding all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project and prepare the
schedules based on the available information at that particular time/phase.
• Ensuring that Corporate Systems are set up and maintained in line with project schedules.
• Prepare integrated schedule of UZ – 750 program by Integrating the L3 schedule of ECW, AUP, EPC-01, EPC-
02 and SRP project/packages.
• Incorporate and monitor all milestones for Company provided services in to integrated program including B/F
milestones.
• Review and approval of level – 03 Contractor’s planning package including, L3 schedule, S-curves, Resource
histograms, Progress measurement systems (PMS) etc.
• Review and acceptance of all level 04 Sub-contractor’s planning packages including, L4 schedule, S-curves,
Resource histograms, Progress measurement systems (PMS) etc.
• Helps in preparation, monitoring and maintenance of 05 year business plan for UZ-750 program.
• Preparation of various KPIs to monitor and control cost and time of UZ-750 program and individual packages.
• Ensure that the planning, schedules and systems are integrated to measure, trend and forecast the work, and
are in place and managed.
• Be particularly diligent in recognizing and reporting to Project Management potential problems in all phases of
the project.
• Assist Change management by highlighting impact on schedule and cost, and assist with related tracking and
re-baselining effort.
• Prepare monthly integrated planning report for UZ-750 program including the milestone comparison sheet,
interface milestone comparison sheet, integrated progress curves, manpower and equipment histograms along
with unified camp profile curves, integrated level 02 schedule etc. and publish it on the ADNOC offshore portal
after finalization with the UZ-750 Project support manager.
• Liaising with other departments related to project operations to ensure that information affecting schedule and
cost is continually up-dated and communicated to the right authority.
• Schedule risk analyses of the UZ-750 integrated schedule with the help of primavera risk analyses software by
applying Monte-carlo simulation technique.
• Qualitative and Quantitative risk analyses of the projects and help in preparation of project risk register.
• Evaluate and certify monthly progress and Invoices claimed by the Contractors.
• Monthly schedule analyses along with the change log and critical path with the project manager and suggest
mitigation measures if required.
• Review and analyze look-ahead schedule and variance reports with project manager.
• Check the changes in the logic relationship of the program with the help of claim digger etc.
• Regular interaction with the project interface team lead regarding the Engineering and Construction interfaces.
• Regular interactions with the site planning engineers in order to have the latest information regarding the site
activities.
• Co-ordination of the final job statistics and analysis of the effectiveness of procedures for possible improvement
on future projects.
• Preparation of planning package for the new projects by utilizing the actual/historical date from UZ-750
program.
• Coordinate and provide actual data to other departments for the benchmarking of their upcoming project.
• Preparation, monitor and maintenance of all Camp daily/monthly POB reports and provide the related
information to finance for cost allocation/back charging to different ADNOC offshore departments and
Contractors.
• Preparation of Islands camps profile plan along with different curves and provide look ahead to the
management.
• Preparation of accommodation budget for catering, laundry, maintenance of R.O and STP for all Company
managed camps on all Island.
