Aim: Implementation of Anti Reset Windup for switching off the integral action upon valve
saturation and switching it on when the valve unsaturates using three techniques namely Switching,
Counteraction and External Reset Feedback.

Conclusion:

CONCLUSION:
• The ARW comes out to be a great tool to reach unsaturation or regain control faster.
• Among the three ARW techniques, Counteraction gave the fastest control followed by
Switching and External Reset Windup. However, when the ARW was off, it took a large time
to reach unsaturation.
• In an ON OFF Controller, the temperature was seen to oscillate around the setpoint.
