Observations:
• Shinskey’s PIDQ Control gives tighter control as compared to PIDB.
• PIDQ gives a quicker response as compared to PIDB. The time taken to reach FSS in PIDQ is
quite less, compared to PIDB.
• Almost negligible oscillations in PIDQ, significant oscillations in PIDB.
• In PIDB, with increase in beta, the control becomes tighter, and the deviation from the
final value also decreases.
• Changing beta does not change the regulator response
