Colleges- details of those Lecturers who acquired ME degree from Vinayaka Mission
University during the period 2014-17 and 2015-2018 as per the conditions stipulated in
the G.O (MS)No.29/2019/H.Edn dated 12.2.2019 - called for-Reg

Govt order read as 1st paper above have instructed to take necessary action on the basis of the
conditions stipulated in the Govt Order read as 2nd above in the case of those incumbent faculties
in Polytechnic Colleges who enrolled in Vinayaka Mission deemed to be University for UG
or PG Engineering programmes under part-time or weekend mode up to 03/11/2017.
As such, all qualified teaching faculties, who are to be placed under AICTE scheme on the basis
of the qualification acquired from Vinayaka Mission University during the period 2014-17, 2015-
18 are instructed to submit the following documents :

1. Annexure (copy enclosed), Undertaking, copies of certificates attested by the Head of

the Institution.
2. NOC issued by the authority concerned including those from Aided Polytechnic
Colleges.​
3. Equivalency/Eligibility Certificate from any of the Universities in Kerala specifying the
name of the incumbent and the course including the year of study and modality of the
course should be submitted.
4. Documents proving AICTE approval for the course in addition to the documents
mentioned above.​

All Heads of Govt. & Aided Polytechnic Colleges are requested to obtain and forward the same, to
this office before 15.08.2020.
