    Read Exhibit 1 & Exercise A to answer the 4 (four)


    questions, including but not limited to the
    following:
    a. Table of ES, LS, EF, LF, Slack & Critical Path
    b. Step by step/ sequence of crashing an activity
    c. Final crashing mode after saturation

    Remarks:
    1. Activity on Node (AON) shall show all nodes and arrow for the activities
    2. Maximum time available is: total 180’ including Group + Individual Work
    SUBMISSION:
    • Submit the answer in Word, Excel or PPT format
    • Include the NIM and names of all members in the file
