Computer-aided design (CAD) is the use of computers (or
workstations) to aid in the creation, modification, analysis, or
optimization of a design. This software is used to increase the
productivity of the designer, improve the quality of design,
improve communications through documentation, and to
create a database for manufacturing.Designs made through
CAD software are helpful in protecting products and
inventions when used in patent applications. CAD output is
often in the form of electronic files for print, machining, or
other manufacturing operations. The term CADD (for
computer aided design and drafting) is also use.

Contaminants, such as various types of yeast and mould that
spread through the air, significantly compromise the
preservability of milk, milk powder, cheese, yogurt, ice
cream, butter and other dairy products. The cleanliness of
processing is particularly important in the production of
infant formula, as newborn babies’ bodies are highly
sensitive.
The size of the contaminants and particles to be removed
from the air makes air purification difficult. The average size
of particles is around 0.6 micrometres. Clean production
equipment alone is not enough, because air conditioning also
brings contaminated air into the production facilities. This
contaminated air contains a large amount of microbes, which
may come into contact with the food products that are being
processed. Therefore, all of the components used in the
process must meet the product safety requirements, in
addition to being easy to clean.
