 FITINU is a company specializing in producing and supplying high-quality shoes in
unique styles.
 We always import good materials to make the best products possible to offer to everyone.
 Our company is a private company based in Long Xuyen city. Especially, our
company does not have any subsidiary, there is only one company which is based in
Long Xuyen city.
 The first time our firm has been set up, in Vietnamese markets have a plenty of
competitors such as: Ananas, Biti’s, MWC…It provides high quality shoes for
everyone.
 Our company is operating with 2000 employees who have a lot of working attitude
and actual experiences.
 Although it is a private company, it has revenue about 6.000.000.000 VND with 6
shareholders. When the company started, it was not a number of people who knew
or used it. But now, this service has lots of customers who believe in our company
style and the quality of our products.

 Customer service department take responsibility to provide information, answer

service user's question, and responds complaints.
 Legal department assures all activities are legal, take responsibility at Legal aspect.
 Human resources manager undertakes at recruiting, training, payment, employee's
welfare...
 Logistic manages working process, importing package and guiding employee.
 Public relation department runs advertising and build up company's reputation and
customer's belief.

are allowed a 5% casual trade discount of the CIP price for the first order within three
months.

 For orders under 200 shoes, we will ship from stock within 3 weeks of receiving your
official order.

you liked our new shoes collection. We are happy to offer you the goods on the following
terms and conditions, subject to our final acceptance upon receipt of your order.
 Commodity: newest model shoes
 Quantity: 300 pairs of shoes
 Price: 3.000.000 VND / pair of shoes and if your company buys 300 items the price will be
dropped to 2.800.000 VND each instead.
 Packing: We will tape up a pair of shoes and wrap them with paper and place it into a
larger box for added protection. We will use tissue paper, bubble wrap, or polystyrene to
fill the space in the box.
 Delivery: In one lot in mid-May
 Payment: In Viet Nam Dong of Vietnam by an irrevocable letter of credit to be opened
through the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, 15 days prior to the shipment to the
account of the London Commercial Bank in our favor.
