Executive summary
Welcome to Funny Gang where had a small group project called Zanlentine "Crochet Without Ever
Crocheting Patterns.". We are a small group who have a passion for International Business at FPT
University. According to SSG104, We have implemented social projects that have positive impact on
students, FPT University staff and the surrounding community. Everything from Zanlentine are
chubby and cute, carrying the mission of giving you spiritual strength. Apart from the existing crochet
patterns, each design or customer's request is a different shade that customers bring. Because of
working as staff at a small cosplay event in Quy Nhon, we were able to set up a small booth selling
crochet items. Even though it was only for one day, that event helped us gain more experience in staff
and making clothes. made many new friends, approached many customers and experienced Japanese
cosplay culture.
We will take part of the revenue from selling wool products to will give charity to homeless people
and people who work on the streets at night.
Background
Project name: Zanlentine
Nowadays, the community of people who love and create handmade items is growing.
Handmade items are often sought after for gift-giving occasions. Whether it's a unique
birthday present, a personalized wedding gift, or a heartfelt holiday gift, handmade products
can convey thoughtfulness and sentiment. At Zanlentine, the products will be created with
soul and love, each requested product represents uniqueness and personalization, carrying
within it a unique character that symbolizes the customer.
Logo:
On the logo there are 4 pointed needles symbolizing 4 crochet needles. The flow around it is
when the wool fibers blend into the crochet needles to create beautiful handmade products.
"Zanlentine": zanlen is a roll of wool, tine is a tool with a sharp tip for crocheting

Meaning:
With the desire to resell unique, sustainable and environmentally friendly products. Bring high spiritual value to
each customer with your orders. The main focus of this project is volunteer and provide meals to the homeless or
people in difficult circumstances. Money to complete this project comes mainly from sales of the products
Zanlentine sells. "Zanlentine" may inspire others to get involved charity and propaganda activities. This small
but big action can create a ripple effect, attracting others to help and create good things in the community
PROPOSAL

We have decided to start a crochet business in Quy Nhon. To let more people
know “Zanlentine” we have created a creative and engaging advertising
campaign to introduce handmade things. Use social media channels like
Facebook, and websites to share information about our products, How to order,
and customer experience.

20.09.2023 – 22.09.2023
We cooperate with a third party, "Quy Nhon Cosplay", an event typical of Japanese culture. Here, we
had a day to work as staff and set up for the event. On the other hand, we can also discuss our products
here. Because of the nature of the event, we sell additional anime-related goods, with the aim of
reaching customers more easily and quickly.
MARKET ANALYSIS
When analyzing the crochet market, we can consider factors such as consumption market,
competition, buyer behavior and price.
Target Market: People who are interested in handmade items, young people who like small, cute,
environmentally friendly things are customers that we targeted.
Competition: Tiem cua Thim is our biggest competitor. They also sell handmade items, but with a
variety of designs and available products, it is easy to reach customers, and with more than 15k
followers on Instagram, Tiem cua Thim has a certain popularity.

Consumption trend: Unlike soft drinks or fast food, "Zanlentine" provides you with products that have
great sentimental value and are highly sustainable. After a stressful day of work, relaxing with a
comfortable spirit is a priority. "Zanlentine" will do it for you. Zanlentine products often prioritize
quality over quantity, we hope you will be willing to spend more for items that are well made and
durable than mass produced, disposable products.
