B. FINANCIAL STATEMENT
C. DOCUMENTATION

Process:

To begin the procedure, I began by securing the work area! I placed a

little garbage bag on the ground. All materials are being arranged such
that they are easily accessible. I used a piece of tape to clean the molds.
Then I pour equal parts resin and hardener into the two little glasses.
After pouring, I lower myself to eye level with the cups to ensure they
are level.
Now I pour both of these cups into the large cup and stir it carefully for
3-4 minutes with a popsicles stick. As I mix it, I scrape the sides and
bottom until all of the white streaks are gone and the resin is fully clear.
Bubbles will occur after combining! So I set the resin cup aside for 5
minutes to let the majority of the bubbles to dissipate. This resin has a
working duration of 45 minutes, thus I should consider the brand's
working time. Now, for the design, I opted to fill the molds with both
holographic flakes and circular sprinkles.
After I fill the molds with both holographic flakes and circular sprinkles,
I poured in the resin!
I used a popsicles stick to assist get the resin into the molds, and I filled
them to the brim. I had considerably more resin than I needed, so I
filled a number of additional molds. I'm going to let it for another 5
minutes to allow any bubbles to come to the surface.

I don't have a heat gun, but I do a lot of crafts using my barbeque

lighter (and sometimes toothpick or straight pin to pop any bubbles in
the resin). I then carefully placed my molds on the lid of a cooler,
covered them with a shoe box lid to keep dust at bay, and left them to
cure for 24 hours.
To de mold the keychains, it must be carefully bended, the corners of
the mold away from the resin before pulling the letter out. It should be
easy to extract, firm, and clear. The piece will have some rough edges
on the back, so use I’ll be using nail file to smooth them off.
Filing will cause the resin to seem frosted where you file, so I’ll only file
the rough portions that I need to. I'm going to put the eye screw in
now. The pliers and eye screw must be held tightly, and the screw I
letter must be screwed onto the eye screw. IT SHOULD BE CAREFUL
AND SLOW so that it does not break.
Slip the key ring on, and close the ring with the pliers. And done!

END OF THE PROCESS

D. REALIZATION
The following are my business implementation realizations: Success
Comes To Those Who Work This is by far the most essential business
implementation lesson I've learnt. I get a proportional amount of
results and successes for every effort I make. The harder I work, the
more success I have in life, the more happy coincidences I have, and the
more I realize how much I have accomplished. The second thing I
discovered throughout business implementation is that sales is a crucial
talent to master. Sales is one of the most important and necessary
talents I've learnt in my life since it helps me to communicate not only
my products but also my ideas to people in a way that piques their
interest. It is an essential talent not only in business, but also in life, to
learn not only how to "sell," but also how to communicate with others
in a way that piques their interest. And I've noticed that the harder I
work, the luckier I am. This appears to be true in many aspects of my
life. You know, the more I focus on something and put effort into it, the
better it becomes. Because your efforts continue to move you forward,
and advancement is the most important component of the road to
success, hard work in the right areas can pay off.
Last but not least, keep exploring new concepts in terms of business
implementation. Your firm will be unable to evolve with the market if
you do not keep your mind open to new ideas. Your business must not
only keep up with, but also lead, the market. In order to stay ahead of
the competition, your organization must continue to experiment with
new ideas, concepts, and business models. If you want to innovate,
look at the world through the lens of "how can I innovate and improve
at what I'm doing," rather than "how can I be better than my
competition.".” Your competition is a poor metric for success, because
they are who you are competing against.
