digital solution that connects people with the data,
information, and processes they need to accomplish
their specific work goals.
▪ SAP Work Zone is a harmonized user experience for
business application users that provides application
content, contextual recommendations, and
collaboration features to obtain higher user
engagement, focus, and productivity.
▪ Private and public workspaces, workflows, mobile
applications, and other applications are all combined
in one place. The solution can be used as a
“common portal” or entry point across SAP solutions.

Okay, so what does that really mean?

▪ SAP Work Zone is a platform comprised of a collection

of SAP technologies and solutions to power a central
solution to help businesses provide an improved
unified employee experience digital portal.
▪ This combination of underlying technologies
supporting SAP Work Zone includes SAP Jam, SAP
Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), and SAP
Launchpad service and Cloud Portal service.
▪ It is powered by SAP Cloud Platform and supports
integration scenarios across SAP solutions, cloud
applications, and third-party applications.
▪ The application also offers flexibility to SAP
