1. C2C (Costumer To Costumer) is a business where costumers from a


marketplace sell products to fellow costumers. This business model
emerged together with e-commerce technology. Examples of this
business are also very familiar, such as Bukalapak, BliBli, Shopee and
other marketplace.
2. B2B (Business To Business) is a sales model that occurs between
business people and other business actors. One example of B2B is such
as an importer of machine spare parts who sell their goods to textile
factories.
3. B2C (Business To Costumer) is a sales model between businesses and
consumers. This B2C example feels more familiar and we can see it
everyday. Starting from selling food, laundry, services.
4. B2E (Business To Employee) is a service provided by a company to its
employees to facilitate employee affairs with the company. Suppose
an employee who wants to take time off, no longer needs to face the
staffing department. He can access the company’s official website and
apply for the leave. Or an employee who wants to get medical benefits
because he is hospitalized, simply access the company’s official website
and fill out an online form.
5. Reseller is a person who resells goods/products belonging to another
party (supplier).
6. Revenue is the amount of revenue or money received by the company
from the sale of goods or services from customers and not from
previous investment.
7. Profit is the total amount of money earned from sales within a certain
period and has been deducted by COGS and Expense costs. However,
this profit is still a ”report” on paper only, and has yet to be changed
again. The meaning is not yet a ”net income”
8. Franchise is a form of cooperation in the distribution system of goods
and services between the franchisor and a partner (franchisee).
According to the agreement between the two parties.
9. Entrepreneur is someone who always brings change, innovation, ideas,
and new rules in the business. Entrepreneur is also defined as someone
who thinks creatively and has the courage to take risks to open a
business on various occasions.
10. Startup is a term used to describe a business that is just starting up.
Startup can also be defined as a new company that has not been
operating for a long time.
