Harun Rashid is 35 years old. He comes from Alexandria but he lives and works in Cairo.

Harun is a general contractor. He hires subcontractors to work on building projects. He also organizes the material
and equipment. Harun has a lot of experience in the construction industry.

Harun always works hard. Sometimes he has meetings with clients. Sometimes he visits constructions sites. And
some- times he deals with suppliers. He is always busy.

But Friday is different. He never works on Fridays. Friday is a day off.

WRITING: Imagine your work on a construction site. Explain what your job is and
what you do.
Example: I am a civil construction manager. I work for the construction Company Kallpa in Li-
ma. I’m responsible for managing on-site construction personnel
What does a civil construction manager do?
 keeping the job on schedule by ensuring that all workers and materials show up at the right time.
 constructing the building in accordance with the permit.
 using appropriate building methods.
 Overseeing the job to guarantee that all trades deliver quality work.
