HISTORY / BACKGROUND

A. Location: Centro Este, Libertad, Antique

B. Description: D’ Luscious Pie will offer Sweet & Spicy, Spicy, and
Cheese with a twist. We will use fresh, sustainable produce from the
market. This business will be located at the public market of
Libertad, Antique.

C. Vision: Our business plans are to launch a new gratifying Tuna


Pie, to stick the taste to people and provide them with nutritious
nourishment. In addition, we seek to create jobs and assist society
with economic needs.

D. We decided to establish this business to uphold, advertise, and


maintain Filipino food and culture.

GOALS / OBJECTIVES

A. Increase the total income of Tuna Pie by 10% over the next two
(2) years. Reduce production expenses by 5% over the next three (3)
years. Increase overall brand awareness and the company’s share in
its market.

B. After three (3) years, we will be expanding our business and will
set up new branches all over Antique.

MANAGEMENT SECTION

A. Overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing


growth strategies, and evaluating performance and productivity.

B. At 8:00 am we will start to open, and 11:30-12:00 will be the


lunch break. At 8:00 pm, we will be closed.

E. Cook - in charge of preparing ingredients, processing customer
orders, cooking meals and cleaning their work area throughout the
day in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Dishwasher – work to take on some janitorial and supportive


kitchen tasks, such as bussing tables, washing dishes and
appliances, emptying trash receptacles, and scrubbing floors.

Cashier – responsibilities include receiving payments and


issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages and keeping track of all
cash and credit transactions.

Manager – manages staff, plans, and evaluates department


activities to achieve department goals.

Delivery Boy – carefully loading and unloading all packages.


Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.

Wage amount:
Cook – P 10,000
Dishwasher – P 7,000
Cashier – P 8,000
Delivery – P 5,000

F. Employee benefits
 13th month pay – is an extra paycheck that is typically equal
to one month salary.
 Christmas Bonus – is a bonus paid to employees at Christmas
time.

G. Respect employees and customers, provide good service for


customers, and organize a store blessing for the launch of the
business.

MARKETING SECTION

A. Tuna Pie is a delicious pastry with its tuna filling enclosed


with a crispy crust. It comes in various flavors such as sweet,
sweet & spicy, and cheese with a twist. Customers can dine in or
take out their orders and we also offer deliveries to people who
can't come to our store. It is located at the public market of
Libertad antique. Filipinos like having snacks after lunch or even
breakfast and the D' Luscious Tuna Pie is perfect to satisfy their
cravings.

B. The increase in technology and digital machines improves the


efficiency of the economy. Also, it will become easier and more
rapid for the industry to grow.

C. Our business is eco-friendly, safe workplace, and a pleasing


atmosphere which can be instagrammable. It offers sounds to keep the
customer’s mood up and products with best quality.
D. Located in the public market near the locality of Libertad where
most people come by. The advantages of our business is our service,
food satisfaction, and the uniqueness we offer while the
disadvantages are the competitors along the market and the
increasing value of resources.

MARKETING

A. The target is for all ages, a passerby, and the residents nearby
the store.

B. Food Businesses

 Their advantages are to help them motivate to do better and


increase the market but their disadvantages are they can be
overshadowed, their customers might be stolen and it might
distract them from their own business.

C. By creating unique selling proposition (USP), branding the


business for a strong foundation, empowering the team, knowing
target demographic, creating a customer profile, and formulating a
competitor analysis.
