Last holiday, my family decided to visit my grandparents in
Yogyakarta. Grandma and Grandpa live in a small village. There
are a lot of rice fields around their house.
It was such a hot day, we decided to have lunch in one of the
huts in the middle of a rice field. Grandma had cooked delicious
traditional dishes for us. The breeze was perfect and we were so
hungry. During our lunch, the sky grew darker. Suddenly, it rained

Once I had a friend named Budi. Budi sat next to me when we were
Elementary School. Budi was actually a smart and kind boy. He was also
very loyal. However, one day we were involved in a “cold war.”
One day, our teacher gave us a sudden test. All the students were
surprised and upset because of that, including Budi and I. To my surprise,
the test was not that difficult. I could say I could answer almost all of the
questions. Budi then asked one of the answers to me. However I did not
want to tell him. I considered as cheat and I did not want to cheat. We then
involved in a debate, still I did not tell him the answer. Starting that day, Budi
did not want to talk to me. I felt so awkward as well as guilty because I did

mark, while I got the best mark. The “cold war” lasted for a week.
