This rider has been developed to make performance as easy and successful as possible for both the artist
and the promoter.

We appreciate that you take the time to read it through and hope that you will find our expectations
reasonable.

BILLING

The correct billing for artists to be used in all promotion and advertising is: LOW. The Artist is to receive
100% headline billing in all forms of display and advertising.

SUPPORT ACTS

The artist’s representative must approve in advance any and all supporting acts (if there are any) and
must also approve and control their respective order of performance.

ADVERTISING

The Promoter accepts & understands that it is their sole responsibility to use their very best efforts &

resources to promote & advertise this engagement.

The Promoter agrees to only use promotional material furnished by the Artist. The Artist agrees that
purchaser has the right to use the material in connection with the advertisement of the engagement.
However, such use shall not be an endorsement of any product or service.

PERFORMANCE REPRODUCTION PROHIBITED

The promoter will ensure that no recording, filming or broadcasting shall be made of any part of the
Artist’s performance without agreement from the artist representative.

SPONSORSHIP

If the event is sponsored or co-presented by a commercial or non-commercial company, or done as a


benefit for a cause, the Artist must agree to this in advance. No advertising whatsoever will be allowed to
be on the stage, if not agreed upon in advance.

GUEST LIST

The Artist shall be allowed to have a guest list of 25 people. The


guest list will be provided to the promoter on arrival.

MERCHANDISE

The Artist will have merch for sale. Please provide a table for merchandise in a safe, secure, practical and
visible location – preferably in view of the stage. Please provide adequate lighting for the merch table. No
facility charge or merchandise percentage will be charged to Artist for selling merchandise.

PERMISSIONS

It is agreed upon that:


 It is up to the promoter to arrange all necessary local permissions etc.
 It is up to the promoter to arrange all incurrences for the event.
 The Artists show may not be disturbed or irrupted by any local restrictions.

HOTEL

The travel party requires 4 rooms (2 single rooms + 1 twin room + 1double room). This will be provided
and paid by the promoter.

The rooms should be clean and include WC/shower, Wi-Fi and breakfast. It also has to be non-smoking
rooms.

PARKING / TRANSPORT

Parking: The artist will be travelling by van. Promoter should please provide secure ample parking space
within walking distance of venue free of charge during the day of the show. In case of need for permits,
this shall be provided and paid for by the promoter. Parking suitable for van over 2,80mts Van

DRESSING ROOMS

In order to maintain focus, Artist prefers to have a private, comfortable, lockable dressing room with
access to a clean, private toilet and washroom.

The dressing rooms must be clean and accessible on arrival, and must have space for all the members of
the travel party.

DINNER

Inmediately after soundcheck, please provide 6 x healthy dinners or provide a buy out of 15€ per person.
Please, note the dietary restrictions in the travel party.

If a meal is to be supplied please ensure that it is made available promptly to allow sufficient time for
Artists to rest and prepare for the performance.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

CREW

Low travels with his FOH sound engineer. The promoter will be provide, 1 x Lightning engineer and 1 x
Monitor engineer with good knowledge and in a good spirit!

BACKLINE

The Artist will be travelling with its own backline

SOUND CHECK / SET UP

Artists normally require one hour to set up and 45 additional minutes to complete sound check.

FOH

The promoter shall provide a professional mixing desk, digital or analogue, with a minimum of 24
channels.

SOUND REQUIREMENTS

A stereo professional P.A. system (at least 3 way active with ample bass) of a suitable size and type for
the venue, flying where necessary and giving full coverage of the auditorium. Must be of adequate power
to reproduce high sound pressure levels without distortion. The system must be of the highest quality and
in good repair. All System Crossovers, Processors, Limiters, Compressors, Amplifier, Equalisers etc. MUST
be accessible for the Artist

MONITOR

The Artist consists of 3 musicians. They wish to have as many separate monitor systems as possible.
AT LEAST 4 separate systems, divided in 4 wedges .Mimi(drums) brings her own in-ear monitoring
system!

The monitors will deliver a clear sound without distortion. All monitors shall be of the same label. It is
desirable if the monitors are of the same label as the FOH system

LIGHTS

Lights, truss, DMX and desk must be in absolute mint condition suitable size and type for the venue, the
system must be of the highest quality and in good repair.

PROJECTIONS

The Promoter must provide a projector and a projection screen which must be adapted to the stage
dimensions.
