TECHNICAL+HOSPITALITY RIDER FOR LAUREN FLAX

(DJ SET)
Any proposed alterations to this Rider must first be agreed between the Promoter and
the Booking Agent before being made, otherwise all clauses must be adhered to. The
promoter agrees to provide and pay for the following. Please note that the artist reserves
the right to cancel the performance at the venue should the below equipment not be
provided in good working order.

***NO RECORDINGS! No photography, video or audio recording during soundcheck or

performance without prior approval by Agent and Artist. ***

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. The PURCHASER agrees to provide a professional sound system with the

specifications set out as follows:

A. SOUND SYSTEM: The sound system should be set up and tested to be in

complete working order before the arrival of the ARTIST. The system should be
capable of evenly covering the entire listening area and must be able to reach
loud (115 dB at mix position) levels without audible distortion. Number of
speakers will depend on type of speaker and size of venue. Estimated total
power capacity in Watts = Venue capacity x 10.

B. MONITOR SYSTEM: ABSOLUTELY NO DELAY ON MONITOR. Stereo

monitoring is preferable, but at least one monitor to the right of the performer at
ear height no more that 4 feet away is required. Monitor volume must be
controllable from the booth or stage by ARTIST. A subwoofer monitor in the booth
is strongly preferred and appreciated. The monitors must be no more than a meter
away. The monitors must not be behind the artist

C. EQUIPMENT:
-Three (3) Pioneer CDJ-3000’s MUST ALL BE LINKED*** 2 placed on the right
side, and 1 on the left.
-One (1) Pioneer V10 Mixer
D. SETTING: Please be sure the DJ booth is equipped with the following:
-A clean, dry, safe chair or box to place all the DJ's belongings, records
-A lamp with on/off switch for the DJ’s records.
-There should be weights and/or fixings to ensure the stability of the equipment
-Sound and light technician and operators should be present and available for the
duration of the event
-beverages: orange juice, water, sparkling water, ice and non-alcoholic beer

E. BILLING: should read Lauren Flax (Super Rhythm Trax, The Bunker NY |
Brooklyn), in all promotional materials, displays, programs, invitations and all advertising.
Billing may change around certain releases, so please ask to have current affiliations.

HOSPITALITY

Please provide a clean and private dressing room (incl. WIFI). The room should be
capable of being locked. THE ARTIST will be provided with a lock and key for dressing
room.
In dressing room:
-Snacks that include fruit (banana’s, an apple) and an energy bar (luna bar, cliff bar, etc)
-Four (4) bottles alcohol-free beer
-Four (4) bottles of sparkling water
-Two (2) bottles of still water
-One (1) Bottle of Tequila - Please ask if this is needed prior to event.
-Two (2) Bananas
-Assortment of fruits and snacks, Luna Bar, Cliff Bar of the like, crackers.

CATERING: (If artist has traveled) One (1) hot catered, sit-down and high-quality meal
on the night of the event. This meal is to be considered dinner. Meal should be
pescatarian. If no meal is provided, a $40 cash buyout is acceptable at the time of
performance.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION: The artist should be provided transport to and from the
airport and gig by a safe and sober driver. If the promoter would prefer the artist to take a
cab at any time the fare should be reimbursed in cash in addition to the performance fee
at the time of performance.
