Objection to the Seventy-fifth World Health Assembly vote on May 22-28, 2022
and Notice of Supreme Sovereignty of American Citizens and Nationals

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals, Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents

Let it be known that The Pinellas County Assembly which is in session is part of The Florida Assembly
which is in session.

We are Florida Citizens and Nationals, one of We The People and we the people, peaceful, law-abiding
and non-combatant civilians standing under and enforcing the Public Law. We are owed the Law of
Peace.

We are not Residents of any kind. We are owed all protections and guarantees.
We are not MUNICIPAL CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES, nor are we Territorial citizens of the
United States of America, thus no presumption of Municipal or Territorial personhood can be made.
We claim all exemptions.

We are owed permanent, mandatory, protective injunctions and Good Faith Service from our Employees.
We have lawfully declared our Status on the land and soil and are duly notifying the officials on Florida
of our Status and Standing. Our State is enrolled as a State of the Union and a member in good standing
of the Federation of States.

There can be no presumption of a Public Trust Interest. We have not subjected ourselves to any foreign
laws.

In support of our State’s letter to you from May 16th, 2022, we the people of Pinellas County in Union
with the Florida Assembly and the Federation of States object to all attempts to limit, diminish, interfere
with, manipulate or in any way influence our sovereignty and our God-given rights.
We are protected by the Treaties of Paris, Westminster, Ghent and other treaties which predate both the
UN and the WHO.
We remind you that you are a chartered organization; and our sovereignty comes from the Almighty
Creator – not your agency, nor the UN.

According to the WHO Constitution, “the World Health Organization is a specialized agency within the
terms of Article 57 of the Charter of the United Nations”.
The WHO is under the UN, which is chartered and therefore can never be sovereign.

According to the UN Charter, Chapter 1, Article 2, “Nothing contained in the present Charter shall
authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic
jurisdiction of any state…”.
It would seem that the WHO, a specialized agency of the UN that exists only under the UN, is acting
contrary to the UN Charter.

• Is the UN violating its own Charter by allowing the violation to be committed by one of its own
specialized organs?
• Is the UN’s objective peace and accord, or control and world domination?

According to our laws, anything odious or contrary to our Constitution is null and void. Anyone claiming
to represent us commits fraud, for we are here; we do not need any representation, nor do we authorize it,
nor do we permit it or accept it in any way.

Here are some references to American Sovereignty:

“First Amendment rights are indeed fundamental, for ‘We the people’ are the sovereigns, not those who sit
in the seats of the mighty.” BROADRICK v. State of OKLAHOMA, 413 U.S. 601 (1973)(2). ----Justice
DOUGLAS, Supreme Court of the United States.

“Sovereigns are equal. It is the duty of a sovereign, not to submit his rights to the decision of a co-
sovereign. He is the sole arbiter of his own rights. He acknowledges no superior, but God alone. To his
equals, he shows respect, but not submission.” THE SCHOONER EXCHANGE v. McFADDON, 11 U.S.
116 (1812) (2). ---PINKNEY, Attorney General.

 “Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our
system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains
with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.” DOWNES v. BIDWELL, 182
U.S. 244 (1901)(2). –Chief Justice Fuller (Supreme Court of the United States) with whom concurred
Harlan, Brewer and Peckham.

We remind you that the WHO, UN, U.S. Senate and the US House of Representatives do not, and have no
authority to represent The United States or The United States of America (Unincorporated).
They are all bankrupt entities, with no contract. They may not even pretend to represent us.
They have simply no authority over us. They are not sovereign, for they are dependent on us and owe us
good faith service.

Similarly, the WHO is not sovereign. The WHO has no lands. The WHO has no rights or authority
over sovereign states and never will. The WHO is chartered and therefore can never be sovereign.
And the WHO has no contract with us - and never will. We predate the WHO. And we are
protected by international treaties that predate the WHO."

The ultimate charterer of the WHO is the Holy See, and the Holy See is our employee and owes us good
faith service and is not performing that good faith service. So, ultimately, this attack on sovereignty is
from the perfidious Holy See who is completely liable for all these attempts.

The UN and the WHO are making a power grab without any authority and without right, in violation of
all treaty and law. If the WHO proceeds, they proceed in gross criminality before the whole world and
will be held liable before the whole world as will the Holy See. You have no business on American Land
and Soil. Stay out of America and out of our Affairs.
