Position/Title: Team Leader – SMA

Department: Product and Sales Operations

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION/ Chức năng tổng quát:

 The Team Leader is the driving force behind leading the shipping mark and layout team, playing a pivotal role in how
we serve our customers
 Oversee and execute all tasks related to shipping marks and customer related layouts, liasing with the factory and
external suppliers to ensure the quality standards are met
B. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES/ Nhiệm vụ chính:
Main responsibilities:
 Lead a small, well-functioning team that provides a timely service for our customers and factories
 Guide the team to enable them to deliver high-quality shipping marks and layouts on-time
 Train and coach members of the team to reach the required skill level in layout and shipping marks, that satisfies
our customer needs
 Solid understanding of all layout requirements from customers
 Cooperatate with other departments such as TD, photo team, production… to build up a strong working process
 Using Adobe Creative Suite, develop and create customer layouts for packaging, hang tags and other forms of
shipping marks
 Form a close working relationship with the factories and suppliers to ensure targets are reached
 Set-up and maintain internal standards for checking and proof-reading documents
 Full responsibility for ensuring the quality is delivered by our suppliers
 Liase with the photo team, guiding them on the customer needs for all layouts for shipping marks
 Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the Product & Sales Operation team to ensure customer
needs are met
 Follow up with P&SO for SM and layout plan for each customer and make sure all are inline
 Actively seek out ways to reduce costs and improve quality through material change recommedations
C. WORKING RELATIONSHIP

1. Internal: Product & Sales Operations Team, Business Development Team and ScanCom Factories
2. External: External suppliers, customers on request
3. Reporting:
 Superior: CBDO, HOPS, SSOM
 Subordinate: SMA Coordinators
D. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must requirement
 Background in Graphic/Layout Design
 Bachelor Degree within Graphic/Layout
 At least 05 years in a management position
 Fluent in English and Adobe Creative Suite
 Knowledge of printing processes
