Position/Title: Video Grapher

Department: COMSC
Business Unit: ScanCom Viet Nam

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

 Videographer is assigned to managed all Photo center activities; she/he will be responsibility for making
video about furniture, Marketing events

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

Main responsibility:

 Work with Marketing team to produce Collection/ product video, Assembly video and Production videos.
 Strong editing skills and good knowledge studio settings.
 Able to use flycam and gimbal.
 Maintain general tidiness of Studio and equipment.
 Excellent awareness of project timings and able to hit your deadlines

Duties related CSR and 5S:

 Manage 5S implementation at your workplace in case

 Checking the implementation of sufficient working tools status including PPEs if need
 Follow up the implementation of HSE knowledge and safety cautions at workplace
 Daily check and monitor the HSE implementation and performance at your workplace
 Receive of information on requirements/issues/problems/difficulties and support
related duties to ensure the compliance with HSE requirements
 Raise the request to HSE team and the concerns that need support from HSE team

1. Internal:

 Sales and Product management.

 Technical department.
 Marketing department
 Sample distribution center.
 Other needed divisions.

2. External:

 Camera store supplier.

 Location hiring supplier

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

Must requirement:

- Intermediate/College/Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Product Video, creating and editing field.

Important requirement:

- Advance skills using in graphic and design software (Premier, After Effect, Blender/ 3Dsmax/
Cinema4D/ Maya/... or any 3D software else to create 3D animation)
- 3D product animation: 3D animation skill (with available 3D model - Furniture)
- Communication in English at intermediate level
- Proactive, dynamic and learning growth
- Self-motivation (eager to learn fast).
- Good communication, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management.

E. WORKING CONDITION:

Working place: Office ScanCom Vietnam, Song Than 1 IP, Di An Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong

Province, Viet Nam

Working time: Full time.
