 Introduction
Hello and welcome to my compiled Portfolio!My name is
Haila M.Delos Santos ,a grade 12 student in Gregorio Ocampo
Bercasio Memorial High School.Currently living in Zone 4,
Cagliliog Tinambac,Camarines Sur. Growing up I’m a kind of
person that preferred to be alone ,I’m introvert person to be exact
,I’m a kind of person who is quite in large group or in public.I love
to think rather than talk.You can only see the real me if we’re
close,I smile and laugh a lot especially at most inappropriate
times.I’m a kind of person that is awkward,clumsy,shy,strange but
this is me.Take it or leaave it. I don’t care , I’ m not here to please
anyone, so mind your own life.

During my junior high school year,it was when I decided to

become a professional teacher in the future .Bicoming a teacher
was the last career choice I thought I would ever make.A
Cardiologist,a Pulis Officer,a Professional Chef,and a Flight
Attendant were all the career choices that I considered when I was
growing up.I have always told myself that I did not want to be a
teacher in the future .If I become a teacher ,then I would spend my
whole life in the school system.But all of that changed because
during my junior high school ,I was always helping other students
in the class with homework or explaining how to perform different
tasks.It was something that I enjoyed the most.I just knew that I
wanted to become a teacher in the future .
 I make this portfolio to share the achievement of grade 12
GAS students as one of our memorable activities before we
graduate and leave our school.This portfolio consist of all the
activities that we did and we are happy for making this activity
because we experience to help our community even in small
things and it gives happiness to them and also to us .Because of
this activity we conclude that we can help othher people even we
are just a student ,we just have to be united so that small help
becomes big .
 Personal Vision and Goals
for the Future
We all have goals that we strive to achieve.Some are short
term,others are long term.Goals make our lives exciting.They make us
rise up every morning to pursue them.Without them,life would be
meaningless,with no purpose and with no sense of direction.Even
prisoners have goals.Some of them enroll for courses and study hard
until they attain their degrees.I also have set of goals that I want to
achieve in the future.I categorize them into three:Economic,social and
spiritual.With a ten(10) year contingency plan,I work each day to
ensure that my goals see the light of day.

Goal 1:Dream Job

My dream job is to become teacher even though this is not

what I want to be because before I didn’t see myself teaching but later
on it gives me idea that being a teacher is not bad because you just not
their teacher who teaches lesson but you are also their parent who will
support them like their own family and you will be a role model to
them.So ten years from now hopefully I already a teacher.

Goal 2:Have a Family

What is the point of pursuing all these goals if I have no one to

share it with?This is the most important goal for me.I pray that within
the next five years,I will settle down and start a family.I also hope that
within the same time frame I will have atleast 2 children,who will be
my bundle of joy.My aim is to have a fun and loving family,with a
unique culture that will differentiate us from the rest of the boring
families around the world.
 I want to cultivate a culture in my family,where my kids will
pursue whichever careers they want in life.My partner and I will
give them a head-start in life and provide everything they need to
nurture their talents.I do not want them to go through growing
up.Iwill also ensure that they have a proper upbringing,so that they
become upright members of ssociaty.
Goal 3:Seek a Spiritual Path
Another area in my life that I really ned to improve in the
next ten years is my spiritual life.It really is pointless to conuer the
whole life and in thhe end lose my soul. I plan to dedicate more time
to God.I need to pray more often,especially in the morning,during
meals and at night before I go to bed.Furthermore,I will be reading
spiritual books and attending events that will help me in my
spiritual path,such as seminars,workshops,lectures and religious
gatherings.
Goal 4:Start a Philanthropic Society
I also want to start a philanthropic society,that will be my
way of giving back to my society.It wii not be big and fancy like
other wealthy people,I just want it to be a non-profit organization
seeking to help other people who are lack of money to buy their
needs especially foods.

It will basically operate with different donations and

volunteers.Some of the functions of the organization will include
visiting orphanages and hoes of the elderly during holidays and
helps the poor and homeless.

For me to be able to fulfill those goals I have to study hard

now and do my very best ,so that all my dreams and goals in life
will be mine soon.
 Financial Report
Interms of financial,we get the amount that we need to
accomplish the activities that we prepared and luckily our budgets
are enough to buy all the needed materials and other expenses.

We collected the amount of Php3000 from our own

money and we receive a small amount of money from anonymous
person and it hepls us to buy all the needed materials that we need
to be able to accomplish the said activities.

 Discription of Artifacts
My artifacts is about coastal clean up drive that we held in Zone 5,
Cagliliog on April 26 .We clean the nearby place because we notice that this place are
not properly cleaning their area thats why we choice to clean that place to lessen the
burden of our nature.Also we do the Feeding program for the children in Cagliliog to
give them a simple activity to make them happy because we all know that the
children are the one who suffered alot during the surge of pandemic,so we decided
to do the feeding program to help them feel that we are here to help them and make
them happy even in the worst day.
