    ROOM RENTAL AGREEMANT

    Momentum and Gotcha Foods, both agreed for the rent of 2 rooms of the flat A3 located at
    5/1, block-d, lalmatia, Dhaka on the following conditions……..

    1. The monthly rent will be started from the 1st May2021 where the amount of rent is
    BDT22000. Monthly rent has to pay by the 5 th of each month as advance.
    2. 2 months advance which is in total BDT.44000 have to be paid which will be adjusted at the
    end of this contract.
    3. 50 percent of the service charge has to be paid each month.
    4. 50 percent of the electricity bill has to be paid each month.
    5. If Gotcha Foods wants to leave the premises then it should be informed at least two months
    before.
    6. The length of agreement is two years.
