This is to advise you of your designation as the National Drug Education

Program (NDEP) Coordinator of Telbang Elementary School, effective September 22,
2021.

This designation order carries with it the authority to discharge the functions,
duties and responsibilities appurtenant thereto as the NDEP Coordinator of the
