Direction: Please answer the questions below based in your action and actual experiences in the

1. What are your initiatives in the implementation of Deped. Order No. 060, S. 2021, The National
Calisthenics Exercise Program or Galaw Pilipinas.
- The teachers should first be familiarized with the sequence of the different steps in the
calisthenics before asking the pupils to do it so that the teachers will be able to assess if they
really followed the exercise. It is also been agreed that this calisthenics will be used after flag
ceremony as an exercise.
2. How do you know that your learners are really the one doing the activity given to them?
- There will be arubrics to be used and the rubrics will determine the experiences of the pupils while
performing the exercise. They are also asked to submit a video wherein they are the ones
performing it.
3. How do you monitor the performance task of your learners?
- It is monitored through group chats and video presentations. To those who do not have gadgets to
record the performance, the teacher will interview the parents and the child through phone calls
using the rubrics developed by the teacher.
4. How do you rate of quantify the performance task of your learners?
- The rating will be descriptive which will be based from the rubrics. We can also use Likert scale
when evaluating the attitude of the pupils while performing the task. To be able to convert it into
numeric value, there will also be brackets equivalent to the descriptive values that are based from
the rubrics.
5. What are the challenges encountered in the implementation of programs, projects and activities
in MAPEH?
- the absence of face to face performance and evaluation and the presence of COVID-19 both affects
the quality and authenticity of the performance of the pupils. Some pupils really need supervision on
performing the tasks because some of their home learning facilitators are not familiar with the
projects and activities in MAPEH.
6. How LAC session help you grow professionally?
- It helps us learn some techniques from the learning service providers which are very helpful in
selecting teaching methodologies, in choosing proper evaluation methods and other learning
modalities to be used to supplement the needs of the learners.
