The beginning of the topic and its contextualization

This work appears at an usual time in the context of the extremely dangerous fatal disease that
plagues the world in general with the name of Coronavirus and talks about the analysis of three tests
of the same level from different teachers, the same assignment will be dependent on the following
items:

 Weaknesses and suggestions to be improved;

 Strengths;
 Test validity and reliability.

Test one (1) analysis from the teacher Dionísio André

Strengths

-The most powerful and good feedback is that, the teacher tested all the contents taught by him, it
was a valid test;

-The language use was according to the students' level, therefore in this context there was
reliability.

-In terms of the question numbers there was a stable number acceptable for the grade.

Weaknesses

-The instructions are not clear starting from the section I to the last;

-The teacher substituted the students by using many words out of the target language in the number
fifteen (15);

- From the above weaknesses most part of the test are not reliable, that is, there is no reliability.

Tips in which the weaknesses could be improved

-The teacher should improve more in the elaboration of good instructions starting from the
preliminaries from top to bottom and whenever possible he should give an example of some
activities as long since they difficult contents, for example:

Section I true or false he should have solved at least line a) putting true or false according to the
right answer and section II is dealing with grammar actually the line a) is talking about the
demonstrative pronouns and the teacher should solve a line as well because this topic is somehow a
bit uncommon and in the last section that is dealing with writing skills the teacher knowing that was
dealt with the first assessment he should ask question like talk about yourself ( in the composition
mention your full name, age, favorite food, joke and his future job);
-When we are dealing with English language if we want to use the non-target language we should
use few words to avoid ambiguity, otherwise the students will think more in this second language
differently from the target language.

Test two (2) analyses from the teacher Juvêncio Manai

Strengths

-The contents dealt along the whole test were taught to the students, and the language use matches
to the level and being so the test is valid and a bit reliable;

-There was a stable number of the questions within the test.

-There was stability in the section IV about the composition actually the students could be able to
write a paragraph about the jobs they like to be in the future.

Weaknesses

-There wasn’t a clear instruction mainly on the numbers that were uncommon beginning from the
section I to III (by this stage there wasn’t reliability).

Tips in which the weaknesses could be improved

I was expecting a clear instructions of the activities, although the language was matched to the level
the teacher should give an example of how the activities should be done, for instance: in the section
I which was about reading and comprehension in my point of view the teacher should give two (2)
words by each number of this section information regarded to the test to later on the students
choose the best one because when we want to make a test more reliable is necessary to think in
clear information unlike to substitute; In the section II and three there was lack of example to begin
the task for example in the section II he could have numbered the questions like a,b,c,d, till the last
questions and should solve as example an irregular verb as to be like the third person is is, and in
the section III was about the first conditional tense in this the teacher should give an example as
swell.

Test three (3) analyses from the teacher Mavila James

Strengths

-The test was based of all the contents learnt along the learning days hence the present test is valid;
